In this session, we’ll hear first-hand accounts from programmers who’ve been through it and consider what was needed in the moment and what lessons they learned. We’ll discuss roles, responsibilities, tactics, resources, internal communication strategies and more to make sure your station is prepared before, during and after an emergency.
